Are you a candidate for Medical Weight Loss?
To qualify for Medical Weight Loss Program, you must meet following criteria:
- BMI of 30 or above
- BMI of 27 or above experiencing two or more obesity-related conditions
- Patients who have had bariatric surgery (must wait a minimum of 9 months)
- Bariatric Gastric Balloon patient
How does the program work?
You meet with our weight loss expert at the clinic and discuss weight loss and health goals. Depending on your medical history, you might require lab tests (blood and urine) to ensure that you can safely take the prescribed medication.
If you meet the requirements of the program, we will prescribe you a month’s supply of weight loss medication. For follow-ups, you may choose to come to the clinic or schedule an online consultation. Any refills require you to submit your progress report. It provides you with an opportunity to report any issues you might be facing with the program. Our experts will review the report, adjust your program and if required, prescribe refills from your choice of pharmacy.
